Ultra Precision

The EK Omnia features a similar adjustment dial to the EK43 but with a stunning update — a high-definition LED touchscreen in the centre to give you access to precision controls and display important information like grind setting (in disc distance), grinding mode, and more. To set the perfect grind, begin with the dial to reach your approximate grind size then fine-tune using the touchscreen controls.

On top of the clever grind modes that will let you enjoy consistent results day in and day out, no matter who’s handling the grinder, the EK Omnia also features a new motor. Now equipped with a brushless DC motor, the EK Omnia is not only more energy-efficient but blissfully quiet, as well.

3 Grinding Modes

With three grind modes, the EK Omnia brings ease and efficiency to any workflow. Choose between Classic, Timed, and Library to achieve your desired results no matter your technique or process.

In Classic mode, you can set the grind size using the dial and the touchscreen interface. In Timed mode, you can create recipes by setting the grind size and grinding time, and save it for later use. Once saved, just swipe away to your chosen recipe and the dial will adjust on its own.

Last but not least is the Library mode which allows you to go a step further and add a recipe name and target coffee grams The Library mode is designed to work with Mahlkonig accessories currently in development: the pre-dosing unit and portafilter holder.
