Back by popular demand, Salehe Bembury takes the MB1000 for another spin, bringing his bold style to life. Splashing vibrant aqua blue on the uppers and moss green on the overlays and midsole, these kicks make a lively statement. Fun pops of color also brighten the ABZORB midsole logo, tongue, and outsole, adding extra flair to the mix.

Originally launched right before the turn of the new millennium, the New Balance 1000 is a model which looks exactly like you’d think a shoe from 1999 would look. Its swooping upper and complex midsole tooling are a far-cry from the simple footwear which has been saturating the footwear market of late.

That chunky midsole features New Balance’s signature ABZORB cushioning which continues to show how ahead of it’s time it really was. One of the signature details of the M1000 is the novel heel ‘collar’ support which cradles your achilles and creates a secure fit.
