Abysse 08 Chandelier

The Abysse Chandelier is a versatile fixture inspired by the organic shapes and textures of the sea. To evoke the look of floating bubbles, handblown textured glass globes are suspended from aged brass chains that dangle gracefully like flowing seaweed. Each globe houses an integrated LED light source that is obscured by clear bubbled glass to softly diffuse the light. The chains are anchored to the ceiling with hand textured metal cylinders that also add visual weight to the light and airy design. Assembled with expert craftsmanship at Larose Guyon’s workshop in Quebec, the sculptural Abysse exemplifies elegant simplicity.
