The MonkMakes CO2 Dock is a true CO2 sensor, combined with temperature and relative humidity sensors, designed for use with the BBC micro:bit, connecting to the micro:bit’s edge connector.
The CO2 dock uses a SCD41 CO2 sensor which can measure CO2 0-5000ppm, along with temperature and relative humidity measurement. It’s also a low power device, powered directly from your micro:bit.
A booklet comes with the CO2 Dock, which includes five experiments complete with code in MakeCode blocks.
The board will work with micro:bit V1 and V2 boards.
Please note: whilst this product shares many of the same features as the MonkMakes CO2 Mini Kit for micro:bit, it is based on a completely different sensor and is not a direct replacement for use in the Living Space project (amendments will need to be made to the teacher’s notes).
