This USB camera has a 5MP OV5693 sensor, supports USB 2.0, and has autofocus with an onboard micromotor for flexible and precise focusing. The camera supports 1080p HD video recording at 30 FPS and has a fixed focus for consistent imaging. Its compact size and 75° field of view make it ideal for projects requiring high-quality image capture in confined spaces.
It’s ‘officially’ compatible with Windows, Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano, however, it’ll most likely work on any system that accommodates UVC cameras.
Note:
- Raspberry Pi is NOT included
- This camera module can get hot during use – this is normal and expected.
- The USB 2.0 has a maximum cable length of 5 meters for data transfer without the use of hubs or signal boosters
