Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4S

Based on the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B architecture, Compute Module 4S (CM4S) is intended for industrial customers migrating from Compute Module 3 or 3+, who wish to continue to use the SODIMM form factor or to take advantage of the increased SDRAM capacity.

The CM4S is now available in a wider range of RAM and eMMC storage configurations (see this blog post for more information) – please see the table below for a full list of Compute Module 4S variants and their ordering codes.

CM4S Variations

The Compute Module 4S  is available in many different variations to suit every project or product design (select variant options before adding to cart).

Customers can now choose a combination of the following:

• Amount of onboard eMMC Storage: Lite/8GB/16GB/32GB
• Amount of RAM: 1GB/2GB/4GB/8GB

• 1 × SDIO 2.0 (CM4SLite only)
• 1 × HDMI® 2.0 port (up to 4Kp60 supported)
• 1 × 2-lane MIPI DSI display interface
• 1 × 4-lane MIPI DSI display interface
• 1 × 2-lane MIPI CSI camera interface
• 1 × 4-lane MIPI CSI camera interface
• 1 × composite TV out (PAL or NTSC)
• H.265 (HEVC) (up to 4Kp60 decode), H.264 (up to 1080p60 decode, 1080p30 encode)
• OpenGL ES 3.0 graphics
