BC01 Indoor Bluetooth Beacon for SenseCAP T1000 Tracker

The SenseCAP Indoor Bluetooth Location Beacon is a compact Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device designed to enable accurate indoor positioning and asset tracking when used with the SenseCAP T1000 Tracker. By transmitting BLE signals at set intervals, the beacon allows BLE-enabled devices to determine their proximity and build precise, location-based systems.

Ideal for scenarios where GPS fails – such as indoors – this beacon enables metre-level positioning (typically 2–3 metres) by placing multiple units across the environment. This allows for reliable tracking of assets, route guidance, and applications like reverse vehicle locating, all of which can be integrated into mobile apps or embedded systems.

The beacon is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, offers a transmission range of up to 120 metres in open areas, and runs on a replaceable 2400mAh lithium battery with a lifespan of over 5 years (under default 0dBm/500ms configuration). It supports iBeacon protocol and is compatible with Android 4.3+ and iOS 7.0+ systems. Additional features include an onboard LED and configuration via SenseCraft.

Housed in a white polycarbonate enclosure, the unit measures 50 × 20.5 mm and weighs 39g including the battery. Power control is manual via a concealed button under the back cover. Operating temperature is rated for -30°C to +60°C.
