At the heart of the bundle is the CX 25P, a durable stainless steel brewer with a built-in pressure gauge and powerful steam wand. Use it on gas, electric, ceramic, compatible induction, or even over a campfire. In standard mode it’s great for brewing for a crowd, with capacity for 3-9 cups and enough steam power to texture milk for flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes.

Brewing Head Attachment Upgrade

Fit the Brewing Head Attachment when you want true espresso-style extraction. Designed to work in the ideal 2-3 bar range, it uses a stainless steel basket (up to 16g) and the CX 25P’s colour-zoned gauge to guide your shot. Paired with the adjustable coffee valve and brewing between 90-95 °C, you get richer crema, better balance and clearer flavour.

Operating Tip: Do not operate the unit at excessive pressures. The safety release valve should not be used as an indication that the unit is ready to steam.
