Chanel Hybrid Reissue Classic Single Flap Jumbo

The Chanel Reissue is a true French classic, with the style being re-released in 2005, having been initially designed by Coco Chanel herself in 1955. This is the bag from which the Classic Flap was born, and was indeed the first handbag to be carried by upper class woman on their shoulders. The quilted leather provides softness while the hardware completes the vintage look. A dreamy and classic closet staple, the Reissue is truly a timeless piece.

Features: Brown smooth quilted leather exterior; antiqued silver tone hardware; sliding interwoven leather and chain shoulder strap; exterior rear slip pocket; top flap with signature mademoiselle turn-lock closure; tonal leather lined interior with 1 x slip pocket and 1 x zipped pocket.

Measurements: 30 cm (length) x 9 cm (width) x 19 cm (height) x 23 or 41 cm (shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Great condition. The leather exterior is in great condition with sight softening to the structure, light creasing and light rubbing to the top flap edges and base corners. The shoulder strap shows light wear and light rubbing to to the leather. The hardware has a deliberately antiqued appearance and is in excellent condition with light surface scratches. The top flap underside shows faint surface scratches. The interior is clean and in excellent condition with light wear and light creasing.
