The Standard model also includes a patented horizontal sampler for on-the-fly bean checks, an automatic chaff collection and an efficient cooling fan, making it straightforward and clean to operate.

M10 Pro

The M10 Pro caters to advanced roasters who want flexibility and detailed control over their roast profiles. Featuring compatibility with the Artisan platform, this model allows for comprehensive data logging and real-time adjustments via USB or Bluetooth on your device (tablet not included).
