Profitec Pro 600 Coffee Machine

Thermal stability

A constant in the equation for a good espresso is temperature stability. The Profitec Pro 600’s commercial E61 grouphead is a classic for a reason and pretty much ensures you’re at your ideal brewing temperature throughout the extraction process. This machine is also equipped with PID control for both its boilers for precision in temperature settings.

Quick steam

In place of rotary valves, this version of Profitec Pro 600 has quick steam valves instead. The lever activation of the steam wand and hot water, makes this coffee machine a joy to use, especially when you’re making long coffees and milky coffees back to back.

Pro Espresso Brewing controls

In addition to temperature control, the boiler pressure of the Profitec Pro 600 can also be adjusted via the OPV. External and easy to access for quick adjustments of the max boiler pressure.

This machine also has a programmable cleaning reminder to alert you that it’s time for a backflush, and eco mode and boiler shut off for energy consumption. Other things to love about the Profitec Pro 600: a top-loading 2.8L water tank that’s easy to refill, a removable drip tray for easy cleaning and draining, blind filter storage under the drip tray, and an automatic shot timer.
