Retro-Bit Legacy16 2.4GHz Wireless Controller – Classic Grey [Discontinued]

This next addition to the Platinum Collection from Retro-Bit is the Legacy16. This controller is inspired by the original SNES® controller, but with a 2.4GHz wireless connection including a USB receiver AND a receiver for the original SNES controller!

Alongside the wireless capability is the inclusion of two additional shoulder buttons and dual analogue sticks for current-gen games. There are also ‘Home’ and ‘Screenshot’ buttons!

The controller is compatible with the Raspberry Pi, Nintendo Switch, PC, SNES and macOS, and is available in both Classic Grey and Onyx (black).

With Nintendo Switch® Online now incorporating the SNES® Collection of Nintendo®, the Legacy16 brings an affordable alternative to the official controller and includes a Screenshot button, Home button and ZL and ZR buttons for ease of use on the Switch.

On the original SNES, the left analog stick will mirror the Dpad while the Z buttons will mirror their respective shoulder buttons.

A wired USB version is also available which removes the need for charging and includes a 3m cable.
