The Spencer 4BELL STAIR+ is a lightweight and foldable patient transport chair designed for both the transfer and evacuation of patients with limited mobility from multi-storey buildings. Weighing only 14.7kg!

The 4BELL STAIR+ transport chair is the best option for a quick and smooth stairway descent, fitted with two self braking tracks that enable the descending of stairs in a safe and controlled manner without compromising patient safety.

When unpredictable events occur, the evacuation of injured persons or those with mobility limitations can be extremely challenging. That’s why the 4BELL STAIR+ can be installed in ambulances and other specialist vehicles using the 4BELL STAIR+ Max Chair Fastener.

This means 4BELL STAIR+ patient transport chair can be brought to the disaster site or evacuation location. Simply install to the floor or walls according to the vehicles specifications. 

Foldable Transfer & Evacuation Chair.

The 4BELL STAIR+ is a robust yet lightweight transport chair and is fully foldable for ease of storage. It features a pair of locking telescopic handles at the front for additional grip that help facilitate smooth movements. Behind the main backrest are two extra extendable handles for greater control to help keep clear of obstacles. The extra handles on the rear can be folded away if not required.

The addition of two self-braking and reinforced tracks offer further stability and control during stairway descent operations. Large 15cm rear wheels feature the brakes which are easy to spot and activate. Together with the pivoting 10cm front wheels, vibration and friction is reduced during patient transport for optimal moveability.

The foldable footrest improves patient stability and overall causality comfort, along with the semi-rigid seat and soft backrest. The seat is made from PVC which is easy to keep clean and offers resistance to disinfectants.

CE marked, 10G approved locking device and manufactured in according to EN 1865-4 and complies with EN 1789 when anchored to the dedicated 4BELL Stair+ Max anchoring system.
