Overview

Debuting in 1989, the Lexus LS 400 was a landmark car that brilliantly packaged motoring pleasure, safety, and performance into a world-class prestige vehicle. It was Toyota’s first car released under the new luxury Lexus brand and immediately set a new standard for quietness, build quality, and comfort, backed by a smooth and powerful DOHC V8 engine.

This 1/24 scale kit is an updated re-release of Tamiya’s classic model of the LS 400. The kit now includes a fresh set of decals, a revised instruction manual, and a new sheet of window masking stickers to make painting the window trim easier. The model features a removable front hood which allows the detailed V8 engine to be viewed even after assembly, and includes metal transfers to recreate the brand emblems for a high-quality finish.
