Douglas Elton / El Fuego (skeleton, helmet, cape)

After a fateful run-in with the ghost leader Lady E., Douglas Elton heroically sacrifices himself to prevent the fall of Newbury to the ghastly menace. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately for him), Elton’s spirit latched on to Newbury High’s resident science skeleton, allowing him to return to stunt driving as the skeletal El Fuego!
