Waveshare Grey 16×2 I2C LCD Module – 3.3V/5V with Backlight Control

The Waveshare LCD1602 I2C Module (Grey) is a 16×2 character LCD display featuring black text on a grey background. It uses an I2C interface, requiring only two IO pins, which helps conserve GPIO for the rest of your project and reduces wiring clutter and complexity.

The module operates at 3.3V or 5V and comes with a 4-pin connection jumper cable, making it compatible with various development boards such as Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Pico, ESP32 and Arduino.

The display is driven by an AiP31068 LCD controller and includes an SN3193 backlight driver, allowing for adjustable backlight brightness.
